Ryan Heath, Esq.

Ryan is a Civil Rights Activist and an Arizona Attorney but—more importantly—he is a father of two young girls.

He is the founder and owner of Heath Law PLLC and also runs an Anti-Woke non-profit (501(c)(3)) legal organization called The Gavel Project. Ryan is a constitutional expert and talented legal strategist. During his third year at Regent Law, he was one of sixteen students selected by Regent’s Dean to attend a class on constitutional interpretation taught by Justice Samuel Alito of the United States Supreme Court. At Regent, he was elected Class President for the Student Bar Association. Upon graduating, he received the “Community Changer Award,” recognizing his commitment to excellence and integrity as demonstrated by community involvement.

Ryan is passionate about the law and tirelessly defends free speech, parental rights, medical freedom, election integrity and other civil liberties. He is dedicated to his clients and doing everything he can to attain the best results for them in the areas of civil rights, election litigation, employment law and medical malpractice.

Amber R. Terry, Esq.

Ms. Terry is a native of New Mexico, admitted to practice law in New Mexico, Texas, Washington D.C., and Washington (pending Arizona).

Ms. Terry graduated with her Bachelor's degree from the University of Texas at Austin and went on to receive her Juris Doctor from Regent University School of Law. After spending time in the transactional, criminal and civil worlds, Ms. Terry has found a passion for representing clients in their fight for justice.

Ms. Terry joined Heath Law, PLLC in July 2023. As a litigation attorney for Heath Law, PLLC, Ms. Terry strives to get the best results for her clients in the areas of civil rights, employment law and medical malpractice.

Nakisa M. Azizi, Esq.

Nakisa is a native Arizonan admitted to the practice of law in 2016. She is licensed to practice in both state and federal court and obtained her juris doctor degree from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (ASU). Ms. Azizi also holds a bachelor’s degree from ASU in political science.

After spending a number of years practicing in the areas of social-security disability, personal injury, and transactional law, Ms. Azizi became concerned about increasing encroachments on Arizonans' constitutional rights and decided it was time to embark on a new journey in her legal career. In addition to opening her own practice, Ms. Azizi joined Heath Law in June of 2023 with a desire to help further freedom of speech and bodily autonomy in our state. As a litigation attorney, Ms. Azizi focuses primarily on First- and Fourteenth-Amendment matters and finds fulfillment in defending our most fundamental freedoms from government overreach and special interest.

Outside of the office, Ms. Azizi enjoys nature, yoga and spending time with her family.
