The Team at
Heath Law, PLLC.
Ryan Heath, Esq.
Ryan is a Civil Rights Activist and an Arizona Attorney but—more importantly—he is a father of two young girls.
Ryan Heath is a devoted father, husband, attorney, civil rights activist, and the Founding Partner of Heath Law, PLLC. With expertise in constitutional law, Ryan is passionate about defending individual rights, due process, free speech, and the rights of parents and children to benefit from due process during family court proceedings. He is a fierce advocate for securing election integrity and has fought on the front lines of numerous legal battles to protect fundamental freedoms.
Ryan attended Regent University School of Law, where he was one of only sixteen students chosen to take a constitutional interpretation course taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Samual Alito. Elected Class President of the Student Bar Association, he graduated with the “Community Changer Award,” which recognized his dedication to excellence, integrity, and community service.
Through his non-profit, The Gavel Project, Ryan has been actively involved in high-profile lawsuits related to important issues such as Critical Race Theory (CRT), gender ideology, mask mandates, and election security.
Since 2022, Ryan has been heavily involved in election litigation in Arizona. His legal efforts in this domain are tied to disputes over election integrity and procedural concerns. His approach reflects a broader strategy of leveraging the legal system to contest policies and practices he views as unlawful under the Arizona Constitution.
His legal prowess has earned recognition in several landmark cases, including a recent victory before the Arizona Court of Appeals, where he successfully reversed a lower court’s decision awarding nearly a quarter million dollars in sanctions. The Court commended his "creative" approach and the quality of his writing, which was characterized as “well-done.”
Ryan has participated as amicus curiae (friend of the court) in the Arizona Supreme Court's handling of election contests, particularly in the Kari Lake gubernatorial case (relative to the 2022 election). Heath's arguments as amicus gained traction with the Arizona Supreme Court which, due to his work, ultimately remanded the case back to the trial court for further consideration of the signature verification issue. This was a significant victory—as it allowed the case to continue for a second trial—despite other parts of Lake's case being dismissed. Though Lake did not directly prevail in the election challenge, Heath’s role in filing the amicus brief directly contributed to keeping specific legal arguments alive in the case and allowed for a second trial.
A sought-after speaker, Ryan has shared his insights on litigation strategy at national conferences, inspiring fellow attorneys across the U.S. His commitment to justice and courage in the face of adversity was recognized when he received the “Valor Award” from Mom Army, acknowledging his bravery in defending the rights of families and communities.
Ryan remains a passionate advocate for justice, always ready to take on tough cases with creativity, conviction, and an unwavering commitment to fairness.
